Meet our Founders
Eric Fan
Eric grew up in Jining, China, the hometown of Confucius and Mencius. He studied at Shandong Polytechnic University before becoming a product manager at Dragon Crowd, then holding management positions at Hop Lun Group and Playmore International Ltd.
Eric is passionate about inspiring his employees to excellence and personal growth. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, spending time with his family, and watching sports.
Sam Clay
Sam Clay has been living in China since graduating from the Victorian University of Technology in Melbourne in 2006. He values trust and respect in business and attributes his success to learning from mistakes.
Sam manages Sphere Sport’s office staff, sales, and client management while competing in endurance-running competitions and indulging his love of reading, documentaries, and the AFL.
